7. Mena Suvari - The Rage: Carrie 2
This one really didn’t have an easy time of it—originally an entirely unrelated horror project simply titled “The Curse”, this 2000 flick was retitled and hastily rewritten to be a Carrie sequel whilst already in production, only for one director to jump ship halfway through filming and prompt a set of reshoots.
It’s no wonder the original novel’s author, horror fiction legend Stephen King, disowned this one, but future American Beauty star Mena Suvari also admitted she never cared for her role in the flick.
Playing an outcast who is bullied to suicide by her peers (in the film's opening scenes, no less), Suvari would soon move on to far more illustrious roles after this "13 Reasons Why: Horror Remix" flick flopped.
