In true Christopher Nolan fashion, he's keeping his latest movie as under wraps as possible until he unveils it to us in November. We can expect the marketing campaign to be similar to 2010's Inception, teasing out the core aspects of the plot over time but holding plenty back for its November theatrical release. The teaser trailer released so far says very little in the way of narrative, and only really gives us ideas about the look and tone of the film, which seems to be beautiful and contemplative respectively. We know that the story revolves around Kip Thorne's theories on wormholes and time travel, and some sources online believe that the plot will ultimately be about crops failing on Earth, and a group of scientists travelling through time to find fertile ground on which to essentially save humanity. It sounds plausible and, more to the point, pretty fascinating, but even if that's true, I get the impression we've just seen the tip of the iceberg.
