10. Iron Man's Been Back For A While

The last time we saw Iron Man, he had retired from superhero duties at the end of Iron Man 3. He destroyed all of his armours, had his arc reactor removed and promised to dedicate his life to his relationship with Pepper Potts. Therefore, it was largely expected that the Ultron program was to completely replace his life as Iron Man - but it would seem he's been back as the hero for some time. Not only has the Hulkbuster armour been built since Iron Man 3, but we clearly see it forming over a more recognisable Iron Man armour, meaning that Tony has been busy building armours - and probably working as a superhero again - since he supposedly retired.
