5. Ego Punched Major Holes In MANY Planets - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2
Ego's plan to terraform every planet in his image and remake the universe in his image of Eden was thankfully stopped by the Guardians Of The Galaxy (and Pacman, sort of) and that's definitely a good thing, given how many lives it saved. It didn't save them all, though, because Ego managed to get the terraforming underway before Star-Lord cut off the battery supply and put paid to his old man.
And that's pretty crucial, because Ego manages to send out his weird Eternal blobs across every planet in the universe that he visited and wooed a poor unsuspecting native on. The fact that he's aiming for total universal control suggests that's a LOT of planets, which means he probably killed a lot of people, aliens and all manner of living things. Not quite on a Thanos scale, obviously, but these deaths weren't temporary and neither were the gigantic scars left on the planets he attacked.
Like, seriously, what the hell did they do with those giant dead terraform blobs once Ego was dead?
