12 Most Likely Villains For The Next MCU Spider-Man Trilogy - Ranked
7. Kingpin
The last time we saw Wilson Fisk, he was standing on the receiving end of Maya Lopez's pistol. The camera pans away, and we hear a gunshot. Let's be honest, though: no one really believes he's dead. Not only is there comic precedent for this exact situation, but there was a cut post-credits scene that would've seen Hawkeye threatening him.
Now, you could make an argument that they cut that scene because they chose to kill Fisk, but deep down, nobody is really buying that they pulled the plug one of their most iconic villains after one episode. We'll almost certainly see him pop up in the future, and if we do, Spider-Man would make for an exciting prospect. He was initially introduced as a Spider-Man villain, after all. It'd be absolutely killer to see Spidey team up with Daredevil, and Fisk could be the catalyst for that partnership. Who knows?
If any of the upcoming Spider-Man films opt to go the street-level route, not only could we see Kingpin, but we could see other criminal elements like Tombstone, Hammerhead, Silvermane, and Rose (Kingpin's son). Then, of course, there's Black Cat, who's been in both his good graces and his crosshairs over the years.
