10. For Gary And Brooke To Work It Out - The Break-Up

The Break-Up is a movie about a break-up, but it's also a movie about a break-up starring Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston, so it totally has to end with them getting together, right? WRONG. After bickering and bitching at one another for the sum of 100 minutes because they both want to keep their awesome apartment, our featured couple, Gary and Brooke, actually do break-up. At this point, we're like: "Yeah, they'll get back together!" But by the time the end of this movie comes around, Gary and Brooke have gone their separate ways. Then there's a little coda where the pair accidently bump into one another on the street, and it's awkward, but it's also when we're going: "Okay, yes, yes, this is when they're gonna realise they made a huge mistake." But that doesn't happen. They make small talk, and then just walk off in opposite directions. The title of this movie was accurate.
