5. Aftermath (1994)
Despite only being a short Spanish film, Aftermath feels like it's on your screen for a lot longer than it ever actually is, especially with the lack of spoken dialogue and extremely disturbing images. It's a fairly simple premise really: a woman named Marta is killed in a car accident and when her body is brought into the morgue, she isn't exactly allowed to rest in peace. This isn't going to end well. Her corpse is raped and mutilated by the mortician who also removes her brain and her torso for his pleasure. He takes photographs and videos of all of the events and finally, she is then allowed to have her actual autopsy. The Face Slap Moment: When the "mortician" removes her heart, takes it home and then feeds it to his dog because you know, free food.
