8. Wait... Was That? - Terminator Genisys Trailer
The Terminator Genisys trailer was something of a mixed bag for fans: some said it was over-blown fan service that showed too much in the absence of confidence (thanks to the failures of the preceding two films), while others were enthralled and excited. This is after all another Terminator film. Towards the end of the trailer, with the key characters having apparently time-travelled twice, there was the briefest glimpse of a one-on-one fight between a terminator and an unknown assailant (possibly Matt Smith?) which culminates in the pair tumbling through a wall into a waiting room. And just for a faintest of moments it appeared that there was an Easter Egg referencing Terminator 2, as one of the figures wasting in the lobby seemed to resemble the original T-1000 Robert Patrick. But is it him?
