Spider-Man's time in the MCU is seemingly quickly running out, with the web-crawler set to complete his trilogy in 2021, and appear in one more movie before leaving the Marvel Studios umbrella. Before this happens, Kevin Feige and co. simply HAVE to bring Miles Morales into the live action universe.
The character received a huge boost in mainstream spotlight in 2018 with Into the Spider-Verse, proving that there is space in the hearts of audiences for two Spider-Men. Plus, the character has already been referenced and confirmed to exist in the MCU, and it would be such a shame to never act on that.
The character would call for a young actor, quippy and funny in a similar style to Tom Holland, and Marvel Studios need not look very far. Caleb McLaughlin has, in the past, thought himself to be the one who should bring Miles Morales onto the big screen, and the Stranger Things star makes a great point.
After growing to prominence and popularity with his performances in Hawkins, you can't help but get excited about seeing him operate opposite Tom Holland through the streets of New York.
