4. Captain America: Civil War

The Ending

At the end of Avengers: Age Of Ultron, most of the original Avengers team are retired or unavailable to the team (because Hulk and Thor are AWOL), so Cap and Black Widow form a new line-up consisting of Vision, Scarlet Witch, War Machine and Falcon (as well as themselves).

But Then...

At the outset of Captain America: Civil War, we see the Avengers team in action and apparently, the Russos didn't get the memo about who was in the line-up at the end of Age Of Ultron.

For some reason both Vision and War Machine are left at home, despite the fact that one of them is the most powerful Avenger of all (at least until he was hamstrung to limit his powers) and the other is the most experienced in combat. No mention is even made of them in the mission, as if they've simply not been invited, despite them 100% being part of the Avengers line-up. So what gives?
