7. That Jean Grey, Storm & Scott Summers Were All Part Of Xavier's First Class

When Professor X is giving his usual tour around the X School, he looks in on lessons taken by Jean Grey, Cyclops and Storm, proclaiming that they became teachers having been among some of the first students at Xavier's school, but that's not exactly true, even if you choose to accept that Xavier's initial mutant institution isn't an actual school (though it clearly exists for the same purpose under a different banner). Storm might well have become one of the first students to join the School, since she is found by Cerebro when Xavier seeks reinforcements to take on the Hellfire Club, but Scott Summers doesn't meet Xavier until 1985, when he guides him out of the mutant prison on Stryker's Island, round 10 years after Xavier vows to open his school, and Jean Grey doesn't even meet Xavier until 1985, according to X-Men: The Last Stand. So either Xavier is losing his marbles, or he has the worst intake record for Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and there's literally a decade between each child's appearance.
