12 Things You Learn Rewatching Avengers: Endgame
1. Steve & Thor Watch Tony's Message
After Tony's ultimate sacrifice during the Battle of Earth, one of the most epic moments in the history of the MCU, came one of the most solemn. Tony's funeral is easily one of the most emotional scenes in the franchise's 13-year history.
Thanks to his genius and the technology at his disposal, Tony was able to leave a message for his family before going on the time heist. It was a message from the great beyond should anything happen to him like having to snap his gauntleted fingers to wipe out an invading army from the past.
Present for this touching video were Pepper and Morgan, obviously, and his closest friends going back to long before he ever became Iron Man, Rhodey and Happy. All of these characters were the focus of the scene for at least a second or two, which could lead fans to missing the other two characters at the back.
Joining Tony's closest friends and family were none other than Steve Rogers and Thor. The bond that they created since fighting Loki in 2012 is something that few other characters could claim to know, and by having them there, the two men that made up Marvel's own holy trinity were clearly thought of as brothers by Tony.
