3. Tony Stark's Serious PTSD

With Tony already having an outright PTSD-initiated panic attack in Iron Man 3, the destruction of half of the universe’s population happening just as he tries to settle down and have a normal life is likely doing him no favours in regards to mental health. Seeing Tony’s reaction to just the Guardians and Spider-Man fading away was tragic enough – but knowing that he returns to Earth only to learn his friends’ fates makes it so, so much worse.

With so many superheroes being made to have no emotions to fit a lame stereotype of what is ‘macho’, seeing how the writers have dealt with showing Tony’s internal scars is both one of the most interesting parts of Infinity War – and also likely one of the most heartbreaking parts of Endgame.
