Sam Taylor-Johnson's upcoming adaptation of E.L. James' erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey is almost certain to become one of the highest-grossing R-rated movies of all time. Produced on a modest $40 million budget, the kinky movie is going to have women flocking in their droves to see how the book translates to the screen, and of course, their boyfriends being dragged along will help push those box office figures even higher. Even if the movie sucks (which is likely), it'll probably kickstart a new cinema trend, not merely of the other books in the series being adapted, but studios attempting to bring other erotic literature to the screen (even if none are anywhere near as popular as Fifty Shades).
