12. The Poison Rose - John Travolta

He might have just been - rightly - nominated for a Razzy (again), but John Travolta has a couple of pretty interesting projects coming towards release that might well change your current perception of him. They can't do him any more harm than Gotti has, at the very least.

As well a Fred Durst's weird stalker drama Moose, Travolta has eye catching crime noir The Poison Rose, which he'll star in alongside Brendan Fraser, Morgan Freeman, Famke Janssen, Peter Stormare and Robert Patrick. That cast has more than enough quality in it to suggest that it might be a serious project and the synopsis certainly sounds like an opportunity for Travolta to flex his muscles.

In it, he'll play Carson Phillips, an ex-football star turned PI who takes on a routine missing persons case only to find himself trapped in a complex interwoven web of crimes, suspects and dead bodies.
