12 Villains Who Must Appear In Affleck's Batman Movie
2. Two-Face
Despite how excellently Christopher Nolan's trilogy set up the Two Face story, it's a little frustrating that we didn't get to see the villain unleashed for longer before he died. It's about time that changed.
Affleck's Batman universe has already been set up as a "lived-in" world where nobody needs an origin story, and seeing figures like Two-Face fully formed in an adaptation of Arkham Asylum is deliciously mouth-watering.
Dent plays one of the most key roles in the climax of the Arkham Asylum comic - choosing to ignore the outcome of his coin flip and let Batman be free - but even if that story isn't adapted, he's the kind of classic villain who deserves another appearance. He also represents something fundamental in Batman's psychological make-up (in terms of duplicity and conflict), and it already feels like we're being set up to expect something that looks deeper into Batman's mind to find and conquer his ghosts.
