10. Cool Jerk (The Capitols) - Home Alone 2: Lost In New York

One of the funniest scenes in the unlikely sequel to Home Alone has Kevin overhearing his douchebag uncle Frank singing along in the shower to The Capitols' Cool Jerk. Kevin sneaks in to see Frank getting his groove on, and decides to record the singing on his TalkBoy (which didn't actually exist at the time, but so many people liked the product that it was made for real). His laughter eventually startles Frank, who peers past the shower curtain and angrily shouts the hilarious line, "Get out of here you dirty little pervert, or I'm gonna slap you silly!", causing Kevin to run off. This sets up a prank later in the movie when Tim Curry's smarmy hotel concierge enters Kevin's room, but Kevin has set up an inflatable doll in the shower to pose as his dad, which he operates with a series of pulleys. The recording from uncle Frank's shower is playing in the background, complete with Frank's outrage from earlier, causing Curry to quickly flee the room, much to Kevin's amusement. Two great scenes, no doubt, but it's impossible to listen to the Cool Jerk song without hearing uncle Frank's horrible butchery of it: especially his wounded seal impression during the "ah-h-h-h-hh" part of the song. Good lord.
