1. Li Is A TRIPLE Agent - Mile 22

The audience spends most of Mark Wahlberg's new action thriller believing that Li Noor (Iko Uwais) - a police officer from the fictional country of Indocarr - is a double agent who plans to reveal the location of some caesium shipments to CIA agent James Silva (Wahlberg) if he can grant him safe passage to the U.S.

But the movie's ending drops the thigh-slappingly absurd big reveal that Noor was in fact a triple agent, working for the Russian government all along in an attempt to get revenge on Silva for murdering the son of a high-up Russian official in the movie's opening action sequence.

With a good deal of Silva's Overwatch pals subsequently slaughtered and Noor pulling a Keyser Soze-esque disappearing act, the final moments of the movie tease a sequel in which Silva will hunt Noor down. A sequel which, going by its box office, won't ever happen.
