10. The Ninja Cliff Fight - G.I. Joe: Retaliation

The Movie: A staggeringly unmemorable film considering it starred Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis, Channing Tatum and Walton Goggins, G.I. Joe 2 only once dares to be anything more than a formulaic, dumb action film, mostly just dining out on the charisma of its cast.

Not Tatum, though, who dies early in the first act because he clearly didn't want to be in the movie despite contractual obligations.

The Scene: The cliff-side fight as Snake Eyes (Ray Park) and Jinx (Elodie Yung) battle a fleet of ninjas while carrying their injured pal Storm Shadow (Lee Byung-hun) is, frankly, dope as hell.

The single imaginatively shot and legitimately thrilling sequence in the entire movie, it manages to be both fist-pumping wish fulfilment for everyone's inner child and also a genuinely remarkable set-piece in its own right.
