4. Apocalypse
Talking of Gods, that's pretty much exactly what Apocalypse is in the X-Men movie that bears his name. He might rely on underlings to do his bidding, but his established power-set is such that he definitely wouldn't need them if he didn't have a complex about being worshipped.
Not only can he manipulate and manifest matter (basically capable of conjuring anything he can think of into existence), but he can take over host bodies and steal their powers, is a superhumanly strong genius with almost unrivaled telekinetic and teleportation powers. And most terrifyingly of all, he can amplify the powers of other mutants, making himself an army of over-powered buddies.
Most Over-Powered Moment
Boosting all of his minions' powers, but chiefly boosting Professor Xavier's to the degree that he could communicate with everyone in the world without the use of Cerebro. He essentially turned an already hugely dangerous weapon into a Doomsday Device that he didn't use.
Any Weaknesses?
Unprecedented energy blasts, as Jean Grey unloads on him at the end of X-Men: Apocalypse. But since Jean Grey is an anomaly and a fairly unique power presence, that makes him pretty damn powerful all the same.
