5. Professor Xavier

It's lucky that the wisest old sage in the entire history of comic book movies is such a good guy because his brain is basically a weapon of mass destruction. He's one of the most powerful mutants ever and his telepathy is on an unprecedented level, thanks to the X-Men movie franchise boosting his powers as required by the plot.

He's even able to send his mind back through time in X-Men: Days Of Future Past, which doesn't make a great deal of sense without just accepting that he's basically a God.

Most Over-Powered Moment

Almost killing every non-mutant in the world using Cerebro (and with some persuasion from Magneto). Also, basically shrugging off death in X-Men: The Last Stand thanks to some frankly ridiculous writing and a fortuitously brain-dead identical twin brother.

Any Weaknesses?

He can be killed, even if it doesn't last and he's subject to the same homo sapien physical vulnerabilities like being stabbed or shot. Also, as in Logan, his own powers eventually turn against him.
