When Joss Whedon introduced Vision into Avengers: Age Of Ultron, he was designed to be the perfect "man." His maker, Ultron, had an agenda to prove that he was better than God by creating something unblemished by human weakness and powered by an Infinity Stone.

The result was a stunningly over-powered stand-in for Jesus, whose powers in Age Of Ultron were almost unthinkably unlimited. If he could think of it, he could do it.

Most Over-Powered Moment

Lifting Mjolnir. Sure, as a supposedly "pure" character who had just been born, it made sense that he could fit the bill as "worthy" (even with Ultron and the flaws of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner within him) but the MCU's version of the weapon was more about power than worthiness. And it made him look like a God.

Any Weaknesses?

His desire to BE human and understand his condition was his undoing. Also, his dress sense was terrible and his attachment to Scarlet Witch made him vulnerable, particularly as it revealed he had a weakness to other Infinity Stone powers.
