Malone is a 1987 action thrill-ride starring Burt Reynolds. The problem with its tag-line is subtle, but once you look up the word 'plosive', it becomes incredibly difficult to take the movie seriously.

Plosive denotes a certain type of consonant sound, so ex-plosive indicates that Malone may have some issues with forming consonants.

There were almost certainly a handful of very disappointed speech therapists watching Burt Reynolds blasting his way across the screen, just waiting for the development of his speech impediment, only to be denied refunds on the grounds that a tag-line isn't a basis for claiming the movie was falsely advertised.
