13 Terrible Looking 2018 Movies That Will Shockingly Make A Profit
10. The Hurricane Heist
Release Date: March 9
Movies don't come much more braindead than The Hurricane Heist, a thriller centering around a gang of robbers who use a Category 5 hurricane to disguise their bank robbery. Yup.
From The Fast and the Furious and xXx director Rob Cohen, there's a small chance this film could be a giddy slice of so-bad-it's-good trash, but the marketing largely suggests it'll just be bad.
Made on a mere $35 million budget, the CGI looks embarrassingly bad for a theatrically-released film, and the talented Toby Kebbell deserves so, so much better.
Predicted Box Office: $70 million. A modest success, again, but the marketing has smartly focused on Cohen's prior successes, which despite the lack of star power should propel this to solid business, especially once it opens internationally.
