5. Robin Williams' Last Film Was Absolutely Terrible

Much as Philip Seymour Hoffman's untimely death rocked the film world, so too did Robin Williams' August 2014 suicide, and like Hoffman, he too had a number of posthumously-released projects. Sadly, though, the quality wasn't quite as solid: Boulevard received mixed reviews, Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb got a sympathy pass for being Williams' last big Hollywood role, while The Angriest Man in Brooklyn and A Merry Friggin' Christmas were rightly panned. Then came his final movie, British comedy Absolutely Anything, from Monty Python alum Terry Jones and co-starring Simon Pegg and Kate Beckinsale. Williams provided the voice for Pegg's talking pet dog Dennis, and though he gives a spirited enough performance, it's a really, really bad movie, and a pretty sad way for the actor to end his illustrious career. At least a mid-credits sequence showing Williams lively and jovial while recording his voiceover might give fans a little comfort. As they say, often the films actors enjoy making the most turn out to be the worst...
