5. Why Is Wonder Woman Retired? - Batman V Superman
The Question: Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) is forced to emerge from her self-imposed retirement at the end of Batman v Superman to help bring down Doomsday, but why did she neglect her abilities in the first place?
The Likely Answer: This is almost definitely going to be explained in this summer's Wonder Woman solo movie, and will probably involve Diana being exposed to the very worst of both humans and meta-humans.
It's widely expected that her love interest Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) will die at the end of the film, and likely be the cause for her to give up arms and live life as a mere human...until circumstances permit otherwise, of course.
