5. Inhumans
The Inhumans are a race of evolutionarily-advanced human beings who have elevated levels of strength, speed and endurance, while also enjoying a lifespan of approximately 150 years. The comics were primarily focused on the Inhuman Royal Family, consisting of the King Black Bolt, Medusa, Karnak, Gorgon, Triton, Crystal, Maximus the Mad, and Lockjaw. Smartly, Marvel has already begun to introduce the Inhumans in the TV show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with Skye revealed to be one, and extensive glimpses being given to their overall mythos. Little is known about the movie so far, other than that it's due to arrive on July 12, 2019. With its heavy sci-fi elements and expansive cast of characters, though, it'd be smart to follow Guardians' lead, emphasising its inherent weirdness by combining it with comedy and a charming cast. Marvel have a knack for making mad money out of seemingly impossible-to-market premises, so the odds are certainly on their side to deliver another knockout. It won't have the iconographic appeal of BvS, but it will hopefully have Marvel's signature lightness of touch and a goofy-but-appealing space opera feel.
