13 Upcoming Movies That Are Already Doomed (And Why)

Why It's Doomed: Aren't we all just a bit fed up of Robin Hood movies? We've seen the Disney one, the Kevin Costner one, the Mel Brooks parody, the forgettable Russell Crowe one, and now we get the Taron Egerton one too.

The new movie promises to be a "hip", gritty take on the legend, but even with an impressive cast including Jamie Foxx (Little John), Ben Mendelsohn (Sheriff of Nottingham) and Jamie Dornan (Will Scarlet), as well as Leonardo DiCaprio producing, it's hard to be much excited.

Though director Otto Bathurst has experience on great TV shows such as Black Mirror and Peaky Blinders, blockbuster film is a totally different beast, while Joby Harold's only released writing credit to date is the horrendous 2007 Hayden Christensen-starring thriller Awake (which you probably didn't see).
