13 Worst Movie Sequel Titles Ever

4. Star Wars: Attack Of The Clones

Say what you like about the Star Wars prequels as a whole, but the first and third movies at least had neat, appealing titles: The Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith were both loaded with intrigue and meaning, but the awkward middle child that is Attack of the Clones? Absolutely not.

You can argue that George Lucas was once again trying to homage the kitschy serials he grew up with, but compared to the films either side of it, both the title and the movie's content itself felt utterly lacklustre. And archived posts from 2001 even show how indifferent fans were about it pre-release.

Worst of all, the clones don't really do much in the movie and so the title just sounds like it's promising far more action and things happening than the final film actually delivers.

It's bad in every which way, basically, though we haven't got a clue what else you could possibly call it.
