14 Awesome Directors Who Need A Superhero Movie

10. Quentin Tarantino

Quentin Tarantino is at the top of many people's wishlists to direct a superhero movie, but let's face it, there's no way in Hell he'd ever helm a $200 million PG-13 comic book film for the MCU or DCEU.

However, Tarantino has such a singular filmmaking style and terrific knack for dialogue that he'd certainly make a superhero film like no other. Simply, it'd be quite the sight to see.

How Likely Is It?: Tarantino did almost make a Luke Cage movie at one point in time, but ended up surmising that he'd be better off making his own original superhero movie, and he's absolutely right.

With the legendary filmmaker apparently due to retire after making two more movies (one of which is reportedly already planned out), the odds aren't exactly in his favour for making one, sadly. 2/10
