14 Cameos In Huge Movies You Probably Missed

2. Tim Burton - Hoffa

Danny DeVito's big-budget, hugely divisive, Jack Nicholson-starring drama about the life of Teamsters Union leader Jimmy Hoffa has a secret cameo from filmmaker Tim Burton, and true to form, it's a cameo that's perfectly in line with his morbid, left-field sensibilities.

During the teamsters' funeral scene, the camera pans over several coffins, one of which is open, with the corpse being played by Burton himself.

Now, the movie having been released back in 1992, audiences weren't quite so aware of what Burton looked like, and it's safe to say if he tried to pull the same thing today, it'd be much more noticeable (such as him conspicuously appearing in his most recent movie, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, on a fairground ride).
