14 Excruciatingly Gory Movie Fight Scenes To Make You Squirm

7. Riki-Oh

Grim Highlight: Oscar uses his intestines to strangle Ricky Riki-Oh (also known as Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky) is a Hong Kong film adaptation of a manga of the same name directed by Lam Nai-Choi. Ricky Ho, played by Fan Siu-wong, is basically an invincible martial artist who practices a particular kind of kung-fu named Qigong. In the film (set in a dystopian future), Ricky is sentenced to ten years in prison for murdering a crime lord in an act of revenge. In prison he meets various characters, including Oscar, whom he fights in the scene that makes it on to this list. Ricky fights Oscar in the prison yard while the prisoners cheer the combatants on. Despite the fact that Ricky has already been hurt before the fight, Oscar is no match for him. As soon as their combat begins, Ricky hits Oscar in the back of the head so hard that one of Oscar's eyeballs falls out. Then, after Ricky patches his right arm up by appearing to tie together his own blood vessels, Oscar appears to commit suicide in cooperation with Ricky, only to use his intestines as a rope to try to strangle Ricky. After Ricky escapes from Oscar's intestines, Ricky throws Oscar into the air and punches him in the face while the audience is granted an X-ray look into the bones Ricky shatters. Obviously, this movie is pretty crazy.
