14 Horror Film Sequels You Didn't Know Were In The Works

12. World War Z 2

With the world in agreement, the original World War Z had everything wrapped up in a tight little package with a nice bow by its conclusion. The idea of a sequel seemed tiring,: where exactly would the action be derived from with no loose ends in sight? But then, crucially, that isn't to say that it wouldn't be successful as long as it starred Brad Pitt, had the writing of the original, and, of course, incorporated those stunning wide angles featured in the first that showed the utter destitution of some of the most famous landmarks on the planet. Because no story line has been released (as of right this very moment), it can only be speculated that the plot will revolve around humanity trying to pick itself back up on its feet and somehow put an end to the hordes of flesh eaters waiting just around the corner. Brad Pitt has signed on and we can only hope that Mirerille Enos follows suit. The original, inarguably, did not showcase her character or acting chops. We€™re all going to have to wait until June of 2017 to find out if she gets more of a chance this time around.
