http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eIeEjrJYhE One brilliant and unexpected moment came when Amy Adams and Bill Murray appeared on stage to present the Oscar for Best Cinematography, and after announcing the nominees, Murray interjected, "Oh, we forgot one. Harold Ramis, for Caddyshack, Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day", to a rapturous response from both the audience and fans on Twitter. It was widely known that Murray and Ramis had become estranged in the past, so it was heart-warming to see Murray pay respect to the man he's spent so much of his professional life working with. Free of self-promotion or any untoward intent, this was just a man paying hearty respect to one of the movie industry's lost greats, and it ended up being perhaps the classiest moment in the entire show. Fantastic.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
