14 Upcoming Movies That Will Definitely Get Cancelled

2. Cyborg

Cyborg Denied
Warner Bros.

The Hype: A solo film for the niche Justice League superhero briefly introduced in Batman v Superman, as played by up-and-comer Ray Fisher. Due April 2020.

Why It Won't Happen: It seems incredibly optimistic to greenlight a Cyborg movie considering the current growing pains (to be polite) the DC Extended Universe is suffering through. If they can't even get basic aspects of Batman and Superman right, what hope do they really have with Cyborg?

Don't be surprised if it's "delayed" by early 2019 and is essentially quietly cancelled, especially if Justice League doesn't make the significant positive impact Warner Bros. desperately need after two consecutive crushing disappointments.

Why It Still Could: Then again, maybe Cyborg will be a highlight of the Justice League (though early word from the set suggests it's Ezra Miller's The Flash who steals the show), and perhaps those shoddy visual effects from the teaser trailer will look much more convincing in the end product. Much crazier things have happened.
