14 Upcoming Movies That Will Definitely Get Cancelled
1. The Man Who Killed Don Quixote
The Hype: Terry Gilliam's attempt to adapt Cervantes' classic novel Don Quixote to the big screen, which has been in various stages of production for around two decades.
Why It Won't Happen: Gilliam has made eight attempts to produce the movie, even getting to the shooting stage once before the project was cancelled due to various technical and financial difficulties.
To Gilliam's credit, he continues to persist, but with the project once again being delayed at the beginning of this month, it pretty much seems destined to never get made. And to be blunt, with Gilliam being 75 years of age, how much longer does he really have to get it finished? If he dies before getting it made, it will 100% fall apart the moment he's gone.
Why It Still Could: It's certainly possible Gilliam's impressive stubbornness could pay off over the next few years, because perseverance is a valid means to achieve many goals.
