3. Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Scenery-Chewing Performance - Rampage

There are too many bizarre, hilarious and weirdly violent moments in Rampage to keep track of them all, but the oddest thing about the entire movie? Jeffrey Dean Morgan's delightfully hammy performance as government agent Harvey Russell.

Though almost the entire film's cast decides to tackle the material earnestly, Morgan realises he's in pure shlock and just has a ton of fun with it, exaggerating every line reading with a ridiculous southern accent and elongated pronunciation.

Morgan fully admitted he relished the chance to just have fun in a silly B-movie while leaving the big picture stuff to Dwayne Johnson, and he sure made the most of it, even slipping some very Negan-esque affectations in there occasionally.
