15 Awful Films Mission Impossible Actors Want You To Forget
5. Baggage Claim (2013) - Paula Patton
RottenTomatoes Score: 14% The Plot: 30-something, single air hostess Montana Moore (Paula Patton) is sick of seeing everyone else get their "happily ever after", and so jets around the U.S. over 30 days, hoping to fix things with any of a number of ex-boyfriends, unaware that, of course, the real Mr. Wright is right in front of her. Why It Sucks: This is about as bland as romantic comedies get: the film's attitude to singletons and married couples alike is borderline offensive, and it has absolutely no subtlety whatsoever, considering that the suitor Montana eventually ends up with is actually named Mr. Wright. In addition, it's just not very charming or funny, the situations are wildly cliched and there's never a reason to care about what's going on. Patton is a lovely lead but this film strands her with little to do beyond look sexy. Horrid.
