Why It Wasn't Scary: For starters, the movie recycles a bunch of footage from the first movie in order to keep the budget down despite already running in at a lean 88 minutes. Then there's the hilarious central performance from Eric Freeman as anatagonist Ricky Caldwell, whose infamous utterance of the phrase "Garbage day!" before shooting a poor sap taking out the trash has made him a YouTube hit over the years. Also, Caldwell basically turns into a Terminator in the climax of the movie with no explanation whatsoever, able to withstand damage that would make Jason Voorhees jealous. You'll be so busy alternately crying with laughter and screaming at your TV that there will be no time whatsoever to be scared. How To Improve It: For all that is holy in the world, do anything except hire Freeman to play Caldwell, get rid of the horrible (and hilarious) dialogue, and spend enough on the movie to ensure a full 90 minutes worth of footage can actually be shot.
