15 Best Horror Movies To Watch On Netflix This Halloween
14. V/H/S 2
Better than the original (also on Netflix), V/H/S 2 is the strongest of the horror anthology trilogy, containing the best overall segment to boot (the go-pro one - you'll know what I mean when you see it). Middling in overall quality, the film goes from great highs to obvious lows, and while the shaky-cam antics aren't exactly original, when they're done right (see the previous parenthetical), they feel fresh and unique. The violence is pretty nasty, but V/H/S 2 makes it on for its moments - if you can ignore the dull, repetitive stretches, it's definitely worth it. Talking of moments, the V/H/S series really could've done with some quality control: if you were to take the best segments from each entry you'd have a far better horror anthology.
