6. Spider-Man (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)

As iconic as the Sam Raimi Spider-Man suit is, and as fun as the MCU's Stark suit and Iron Spider may be, it's almost painful to admit that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in fact lays claim to the best on-screen Spider-Man costume to date.

Obviously inspired by the Raimi suit but also attempting to hew closer to how Spidey looks in the comics, director Mark Webb toned down the suit's garish colours from the previous film, added a more spider-like webbing and enlarged the lenses to really make it "pop" on-screen.

It's a shame the suit wasn't put to particularly compelling use in the web-slinger's worst movie outing to date, but at least Spidey looked dapper as hell while swinging around.
