10. Wildcat And Ra's Al Ghul Are Coming To Arrow

Arrow has introduced countless DC Comics characters over the course of its first two seasons, and is upping the ante even more in season three. We already know that characters like Ray Palmer, a.k.a. The Atom (played by Superman Returns star Brandon Routh), the New 52 version of Count Vertigo (Fargo and Armageddon alum Peter Stormare), and Katana (Sin City's Devon Aoki) will be making their way to Starling City, and now have two new names to add to that list. First on the docket is Ted Grant, a championship boxer who gets tangled up in organized crime, and creates the alter-ego Wildcat to clear his name. He's a founding member of the Justice Society of America, and famously trains several Justice League members, like Black Canary and Batman. We don't know how big of a role he'll have in the series, or who will play him, but he'll apparently have a connection to Laurel, and will likely train her to become the new Canary. Second on the list, and certainly not least, is the series' new "Big Bad," Ra's Al Ghul. Al Ghul has been teased to appear in the series since the end of the first season, and was heavily hinted at last year with the appearances of his daughter, Nyssa, and the League of Assassins. To celebrate the announcement, The CW released a new promo for the third season, which you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKE36sL6jKc
