Caitlin Snow was a brilliant scientist for STAR Labs who conducted experiments at the Arctic Circle. After being exposed to a Thermodynamic Ultraconductor, Snow was turned into an ice-creating supervillain called Killer Frost. Unfortunately, the transformation also turned her into a heat vampire, meaning she needs to absorb the body heat of others to stay alive.

Although many characters in the James Gunn film have never been part of Task Force X, Killer Frost has been a frequent member over the years. But because of James Gunn's rule of only using pure baddies for The Suicide Squad, Killer Frost was cut since she has fought alongside heroes on several occasions (and briefly served as a member of the Justice League).
