13. Black Spider
Eric Needham is an assassin who's better known as Black Spider (which is a terribly inaccurate name since his original costume was purple and yellow.)
The arachnid-themed hitman is a great fighter, thief, and shooter but he's pretty forgettable compared to the more colourful supervillains in DC Comics. Only when he joined the Suicide Squad in 2011 did Needham get a chance to shine. When Amanda Waller recruited him, Spider made it clear he detested working with criminals (despite the fact he's smothered people in their hospital beds for a pay check).
He may have been absent from the live-action Suicide Squad film but Black Spider did show up in the criminally underrated animated film, Suicide Squad: Assault on Arkham.
