14. Mulan (2020)

Disney has had a pretty solid track record with their live-action remakes of animated classics, but their upcoming version of Mulan - set to drop in 2020 - has encountered more than a few naysayers. The main issue seems to stem from the project dropping the musical elements from the original flick, presumably to gain a wider market in China.

Still, the first image from the far-off project convincingly shows off Liu Yifei in the title role, and with a supporting cast comprised of Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Jason Scott Lee and Li Gong, it's difficult to be too down on the project.
