10. 'Spider-Man Is... A Thief!' - Spider-Man 2 (2004)
JK Simmons' J. Jonah Jameson is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining characters the Spider-Man films have produced and this entire list could easily be filled with any moment JJJ is on screen. This scene from Spider-Man 2, however, is certainly the definitive moment of Peter Parker's grouchy, Spidey-hating boss from the Daily Bugle. After publicly campaigning against Spider-Man since the beginning of the webhead's career, it seems his jibes have paid off as he is given Spidey's discarded costume after the hero quits. However, some time later, as crime levels in New York go through the roof, JJJ admits that Spider-Man was a real hero and that he was wrong - until Spider-Man steals his suit back. In a flash, Jameson returns to his old ways. Ah, we wouldn't want it any other way... The scene serves as a good reminder that while we all miss the character in The Amazing Spider-Man it is hard to imagine anyone other than Simmons in the role. Simmons has gone on record, however, saying that if he was offered the role again in the reboot series he would take it. While that would be wonderful, it would certainly open a big can of continuity worms.
