15 Horror Movies You Can't Miss In 2017

Annabelle’s first outing felt like something of a missed opportunity; the setting was ripe – Annabelle plaguing some newlyweds in suburban Santa Monica – but a lack of decent scare pieces saw the film falling short, despite racking it in at the box office.

Unlike the doll, money talks, so naturally a sequel is upon us this year and overall the signs are looking promising. This time around it looks like we’re going back to the start (think Annabelle: Origins) with a doll maker and his wife opening their doors to a gaggle of orphans, unbeknownst to them their frilly-dressed creation will be going all demonic on the whole set up.

Cast wise, Anthony LaPaglia and emerging star from Narcos, Stephanie Sigman, will be heading up the cast of what should be a moody, back to basics sequel.
