Oscar Win: Best Original Song

Rotten Tomatoes Score: 30%

95% of this film's perverse appeal nowadays will be that it features an early performance from a mid-twenties Jeff Goldblum, but neither him, a young Debra Winger nor Donna Summer's Oscar-winning tune "Last Dance" can do much to rescue a bland, painfully unfunny "comedy".

At least it's mercifully short at just 89 minutes in length, though you'll feel most all of those minutes when the film doubles down on questionable gags that play as weirdly mean-spirited today.

Even if you're a shameless fan of disco music, you're better off leaving this one alone.
