14. All The Mutants Die - X-Men: Days Of Future Past
Who Dies?: Storm, Bishop, Colossus, Warpath, Blink, and Sunspot. Methods of Death: Impaled, exploded, ripped apart, burned alive, impaled multiple times, neck snapped (all by the Sentinels). Why It's Awesome: This is the single scene in X-Men: Days of Future Past that pretty much defines the entire movie: it explains why Wolverine needs to fix the timeline, in order to prevent the deaths of pretty much every mutant he's ever known. It's a gloriously violent and rather disturbing scene (especially for a PG-13 movie), as Storm and some of the lesser-known mutants are taken out by the Sentinels with relative ease, heightening the tension and urgency of Wolverine's quest to stop Mystique killing Bolivar Trask.
