15 Most Foul-Mouthed Movies Ever
4. Nil By Mouth
Number of F-bombs: 428 (3.34 fpm)
Chameleon actor Gary Oldman knocked Scorsese’s Casino off its profanity-ridden pedestal in 1997 with his directorial and screenwriting debut, Nil by Mouth, pipping it to the post by a mere six additional F-bombs.
Set on a South-East London council estate, it’s a gritty portrait of a dysfunctional family headed by a violent alcoholic played by Ray ‘I’m the daddy now’ Winstone who stars alongside Kathy Burke, Charlie Creed-Miles and Oldman’s real-life sister Laila Morse (otherwise known as Big Mo from Eastenders to us Brits).
Though Nil by Mouth’s 428 F-bombs aren’t quite enough to qualify it for the top spot it does boast a record-breaking number of C-bombs – 82 of them, in fact, which currently stands as the most C-bombs ever uttered in one film.
Choice F*ck Quote: “You f*cking junkie c*nt! Get him out or I'll kill him! Then I'll f*cking kill you and your slag s**t c*nt family!” (How not to endear yourself with your wife’s junkie brother and the rest of her family)
